Sterling Spring, LLC is a prototype to high volume production supplier of wire forms of all shapes and sizes. Our shop has the capability to make unlimited designs specializing in holding tight tolerances on both length and angle dimensions. We are a customer-driven company that goes the extra mile to make the unique and special designs that other companies won't attempt.
We have a multitude of manufacturing options to best suit your functionality and volume requirements. Our in-house fourslides are designed for high-speed and highly precise production with tooling specifically made by our toolmakers for your part. We have open-faced CNC wire formers that can run around the clock to meet both your production and quality needs. For prototyping and specialty wire forms, we have a complete secondary shop that turns samples and small lots around quickly and effectively. Sterling Spring's management team has a hands-on approach to working together with our customers to find the most cost-effective and efficient manufacturing method for all of your wire form needs.
We make wire forms out of round, square, rectangular or flat wire and can be manufactured with a wide range of spring tempered and annealed materials, such as stainless steel, music wire, basic wire, tungsten, as well as exotic metals and specialty materials. All of the raw materials purchased by Sterling Spring are certified by our suppliers to the ASTM, AMS or DIN standards required on your print. We purchase RoHS compliant material and DFARS material can be made available upon request.
