We use several types of electrical safety tests to provide you with a thoroughly vetted wire harness. We are able to find defectives or mis-wired cables during our assembly process and our testers have a graphic wiring display that helps visually pinpoint any wiring errors to produce a passfail test result within seconds. We are able to find opens, shorts, mis-wires, and intermittent connections. We can also check for contact isolation and resistance thresholds. Our testing process guarantees the quality of all manufactured wire harnesses to match your specific design and performance requirements.
