Our metal fabrication is a value added based process that involves the application of various operations such as material identification, testing, rolling, punching, cutting, bending, welding etc. We have approved WPS & PQR for different processes under the guidelines of Reputed Inspection Agencies such as TUV and SGS. Welding consumables used are as per client specification which are baked & dried as per code requirement & PWHT carried out as per drawing specification to serve the best to the industrial sectors. We are providing the job under third party inspection like SGS India Pvt. Ltd., DNV, TUV, BVQI, etc.

Calibrated Measuring Equipments used to measure & record all the data’s like Temperature, Dimensions, Paint thickness, Pressure readings, surface roughness, threads, current / voltage of Welding machines etc. regularly calibrated by NABL.
