High Shear Emulsifier, Capacity : 0-10000 Ltrs

S.S. Fabricators high shear emulsifier used throughout many industries, including the adhesives and sealants, aerospace, agriculture, automotive, chemical, petrochemical, cosmetics, dairy, food and beverage, metallurgical, mining, paint and coatings, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, rubber, utilities, wood product, water and wastewater treatment.

High Shear emulsifier are generally used for mixing products that are not suitable to be mixed at low speed agitation. High Shear emulsifier have tip speeds ranging from 10 to 50 m/s and have a very high shear rate ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 s-1. For these specifications, High Shear emulsifierare suitable for dispersing solids into liquids, emulsifying immiscible liquids, combining individual products into their proper ratios and dispersion, and breaking down solids and agglomerates.
