This leveling cut to length line is used for leveling and cutting to length of panels. We have series of cut to length lines, with thickness from 0.2 to 80mm and width up to 3600mm. The cut to length includes decoiler, guiding device (lead head, press head, shovel head), pinch roll for feeding, centering and calibrating device, leveler, cut to length machine, stacker, and unloading trolley. And its main components are decoiler, leveler, cut to length machine, stacker and plc control system.
