This time span restarts the machine in 5 minutes, much before the melt down of the Ice Cream inside the cylinder. This helps maintaining overrun & texture of the Ice Cream The traditional 10 Minutes 1.5 Second Cyclic Timer is also available It can be ordered in 24V, 110V & 220V, 50Hz or 60Hz
