TAG-IT CYLINDER LOCKOUT TI-CTL CYLINDER TANK LOCKOUT This revolutionary new rugged polystyrene plastic device is used to lockout cylinder tanks, including propane tanks on fork trucks and stand alone propane tanks. Its special design allows the device to be used in tight spaces. The valve stem hole is 1.25" in diameter. Instructions for use: Adjust the lockout device to suit the cylinder neck. Bring the cap of the device to the close position. Apply the padlock to secure the cylinder.
