FEATURES Casting are stress relieved by vibration “FORMULA 62” and in normalizing oven. Tail stock, wheel & work spindles are heat treated to achieve dimensional stability. Assembly of precision bearings within dust free environment. All rotating parts are dynamically balanced. Table & wheel slide faced with anti-friction material TURCITE-B. In mechanical model, only cross slide faced with TURCITE-B. Independent lubrication system to the guideways of table and grinding wheel head.
