Composition :

• Each Film Coated Extended Release Tablet Contains : Desvenlafaxine Succinate Equivalent to Desvenlafaxine 50 Mg &100 Mg.

Packing :

• 10*10 ALU-ALU

 Indications :

• For the treatment of  major depressive disorders IMOD).

Contraindications :

• Hypersensitivity to desvenlafaxine succinate, venlafaxine hydrochloride, must not be used concomitantly in patients taking MAOIs or in patients who have taken MAOls within the preceding 14 days due to the risk of serious drug interactions.

Dosage Adjustment :

• Severe renal impairment and end-stage renal disease
• Hepatic impairment (dosage above 100 mg. daily not recommended)

Concurrent use of a NSAID or aspirin may potentiale this risk of bleeding. Patients receiving warfarin therapy should be carefully monitored when  desvenlaf axine is initiated or  discontiuned.
