dairy plant has various sections for different process for the processing of milk are elaborated below:
1> raw milk reception dock – as the name suggests, this is the place where the milk cans are unload and it is stored in the milk-storage-tank before sending for further processes. Here grading, sampling, weighing of milk is done.
2> milk processing section – it contains milk chiller, milk-homogeniser, cream separator and milk-storage-tank.
3> milk filling section- in this section the milk is filled in bags after weighing. It is then transfer to milk chiller.
4> milk production section – this is the part of dairy plant where the fat obtained from the milk is processed further to produce milk products.
