DALCINEX INJECTION contains Clindamycin, which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics. It is used to manage serious bacterial infections in adults and adolescents above 12 years of age. Bacterial infection occurs when bacteria enter the body, increasing in number and causing a reaction in the body. Symptoms include fever, fatigue, headache, nausea, vomiting and swollen lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, groin or elsewhere.
