Damaged Belt Detector

Protocontrol offers rope type belt damage detector. belt damage give early warning of belt damage. Damaged belt detector is to be mounted in pairs, positioned on either side of the belt. The units are connected by two spans of special pvc coated cable. one end of the cable mounts to a support bracket and other end is connected to a spring loaded ball located in dbd unit. The switch gets actuated when an object or broken belt sweeps away one or both cables pulling spring loaded ball out of socket.
