Active Ingredient:Dapoxetine 60mg

Mechanism of Action: Dapoxetine inhibits the serotonin transporter, enhancing serotonin's action at the postsynaptic cleft, thereby promoting ejaculatory delay. 

Usage: Dapoforce is prescribed for the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men.

Dosage and Administration: The recommended starting dose is 30 mg, taken 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Depending on efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 60 mg. It should not be taken more than once every 24 hours.

Benefits: Dapoxetine has been shown to increase the intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) and improve patient-reported outcomes related to control over ejaculation, satisfaction, and distress.

• Nausea

Serious Side Effects:

• Syncope (fainting)

• Mood changes

• Depression 

Precautions:

• Not recommended for individuals with moderate to severe liver impairment.

• Should not be used in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), thioridazine, or other SSRIs.

• Caution is advised when driving or operating machinery due to potential dizziness or drowsiness.
