Roasted chicory is extracted in our extraction unit with pure water, then filtered, concentrated in falling film evaporator and packed.
This product is used by spray-drying companies who blend coffee extract to prepare spray dried beverages.
It is also used widely in eastern europe as a solo health drink by mixing with hot water (2.5ml in 150ml of water).
It can also be used as a food colour.
