DB Lead Phthalate

Our DB Lead Phthalate is an efficient heat and light stabilizer that is used in several applications. Some of which are PVC Compounds, Rigid PVC Pipes & Cables, PVC Profiles & Flooring, PVC Footwear, Master Batches, etc.  Most commonly, it is used in Plasticized PVC extrusion products  made at high temperatures. In specially cables, it is used to obtain excellent heat stability and high volume resistivity.
Dosage : 3 to 5 parts per 100 of resin.

Storage Precautions

• Store DB Lead Phthalate in well ventilated room away from hot pipes or surfaces.
• Stack DB Lead Phthalate bags on wooden planks, upto 10 bags high and in stacks of not more than 400 bags
• Ensure that DB Lead Phthalate bags are cleared promptly from rail yards, transport, godowns and bags and are stored in cool place.
• Use corrosion resistance equipment for sampling and processing of db lead phthalate.

Safety Precautions

• Use hand gloves and dust masks while handling during process.
• In case of fire, use sand and inorganic chemical based fire extinguishers only.
