AVA Group has invested in three factories in China, with a focus of supplying O.E.M quality AC & DC motors to our local and global customers. As Shanghai provides the best location for our international business, AVA International Company in Shanghai provides AVA Group with import and export services. AVA Groups facilities use the latest and most advanced technology, in accordance with quality standards of QS9000 and also in accordance with the ISO technical specification of ISOTS 16949.
Our facilities use automatic high precision lines, capable of providing high quality
components for alternators and starters. We ensure that each component of our products is
tested thoroughly before assembly. There are also on-line tests, final tests and various other
tests to ensure that our products can meet our high quality standards and that of our OEM
customers. Our engineers and technicians are trained for OEM and OES requirements,
ensuring our products are of highest quality form design stage until they're shipped from
our facility.
As a small automotive motor, the disc motor may not seem like a complicated part; however
the design and manufacturing process involved with production of a disc motor is complex.
Our facilities use the highest quality raw materials and our fully trained technicians on our
assembly line ensure that our disc motors are assembled with accordance to our OEM and
OES customer specifications, especially regarding final noise test and lock test.
Due to our high quality standards, we ensure that all of the components in our fan motors
and assemblies are of the highest qualities; therefore our components are also available in
Semi Knock Down (SKD) and Complete Knock Down (CKD ) form. This allows us to provide
other well known manufacturers with quality parts to use in their assembly lines.
