Royal dead centers are typically used in both grinding and high-precision turning applications. All Royal dead centers are made from high-grade alloy steels and are hardened for strength and durability. Precision ground tapers and point angles ensure outstanding workpiece accuracies and surface finishes. Royal Products manufactures several different dead center models in both steel and carbide-tipped versions. We offer half centers for extra grinding wheel clearance, and a line of threaded dead centers for CNC lathes with live tailstocks.
