M/s Deccan Cements Limited had started its commercial production from its cement plant during 1982 with an installed capacity of 300 TPD. By 1999-2000, the production capacity of the plant was reached to 900 TPD. In the year 2000, DCL has further modernized and expanded its clinkerisation capacity to 1600 TPD fully computerized with latest German Technology. The total cement production capacity of the company was increased to 2500 TPD after setting up of state of the art V.R.M. Recently a most modern new line with a capacity of 3500 TPD is established. With this the total production capacity of the company reached to 6000 metric tons per day i.e. 20 Lakh tones per annum. DCL is the pioneer in manufacturing and supply of specially cements such as Sulphate Resisting Cement. Low Alkali & high strength cement and composite cements like Portland pozzolana cement and Portland slag cement apart from ordinary Portland cements. Its specialty cements were widely used in almost all major central government projects, state government projects and various prestigious institutions in private sector in our country, a list of customers who had used Deccan Cement in large quantities is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Our composite cements are also widely used by major construction companies like M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited, M/s Hindustan Construction Company, M/s Gannon Dunkerly Company, M/s Gannon India Limited, M/s Simplex Concrete Piles, M/s Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited, M/s Navayuga Engineering Co. Ltd. M/s Sew Constructions Limited for their various projects and also for NHAI civil works.
