• Micron filtration system of 5 micron cartridge with PP housing for filtration of suspended impurities.
• Reverse Osmosis Polyamide Thin Film Composite (TFC) membrane housed in a high pressure FRP vessel / SS with necessary valves & fittings for removal of dissolved solids between 95 and 99% and bacteria & virus from the filtered water.
• High pressure SS pump is employed to provide the feed water in required pressure to permeate the pure water across the RO membrane.
• Electrical control panel, Pressure gauges, digital conductivity meter with flow meter to monitor the system.
• A multiple mixed bed ion exchanger charged with high exchange capacity cation and anion resins mixed evenly for further purification of treated water let out by RO.
• Ultra filtration of 0.1 micron is employed at the final stage of purification.
• Plastic tank for treated water storage and recirculation through mixed bed deionisation cartridges to avoid contamination and to maintain the quality.
• SS UV chamber contains imported UV lamp and quartz sleeve is employed at the point of use for disinfection of treated water.
