Holistic dentistry also known as alternative dentistry, unconventional dentistry, biologic dentistry, or biocompatible dentistry is a complementary dentistry and focuses on alternative medicine for dentistry. Holistic dentistry looks dental problem in context with the whole body & the approach of treatment emphasizes on healing of or taking care of whole body instead of taking care of only the defected tooth or teeth. It is part of the alternative health movement.
