Revata Engineering Desilters are very efficient equipment employing principle of separation by centrifugal forces in removing even finer drilled solids, sand and silt particle size up to 20 microns. They are of balanced cone designed, which are manufactured in different models with minimum feed rates from 240 to 1440 GPM at 75 feet of head. Cones for the Desilter are made out of very high quality durable polyurethane materials. Feed entry angle is adopted in such a way to ensure effective removable of drilled solids, sand and silts from the drilling fluid. High performing cones made out of durable polyurethane material and other consumable spares ensures consistent productivity. 4” cones are used & they are attached to 6” or 8” manifold with 2” inlet & 2” outlet.
