Ds200 desiccant masterbatch is a highly concentrated desiccant masterbatch designed for use with recycling materials as well as for applications sensitive to the effects of moisture.
This leads to the following benefits:
- reduction-elimination of moisture in recycled and reclaimed polymers.
-reduction-prevention of moisture related problems including:
- lacing in films
- porosity
- windows lenses in films
- die build-up
- surface defects in moulding
method of addition: stlplasâ® ds200 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.
