Our raw coconuts are washed in purified water before blanched in a customized Vibro Fluidized blancher for elimination of any potential surface bacterial after peeling of the brown skin. The resulting quality of our products chemical and microbial reports are available under our quality section. The dehydration process after getting in appropriate sizes the shredded wet coconut is subjected to low temperature drying process where the product temperature is maintained at much lower than most in the industry to produce purest and whitest coloured Desiccated coconut of premium quality.
