Detergent Plodder Machine

We are offering detergent plodder machine.
-det. Plodder machine no.k-3 with (3 hp. 3 ph. 1440 rpm motor with a die which are optional and chargeable)
-sizes available : standard.
-raw material used : mild steel & cast iron.
-applications : for forming of detergent bars.
-after mixing the detergent chemicals plodder machine compresses the detergent paste & extrudes it in the form of bar of the designed die shape & section, which is than divided into cakes as per desired length.
-the feeding of the detergent paste has to be continuous through the hopper to the press worm.
-the press worm strongly compresses and forwards the detergent paste into the conical forepart, finally it leaves the die.
-the orifice of the die is designed as per the required shape of the detergent cake by the customer.
-double bars are extruded at the same time.
-changeable die.
-smooth & easy operation.
-requires minimum working shape.
-production capacity per shift 900 to 1000 kg/8 hr approx.
