Description:
dextrins are white, yellow, or brown powders that are partially or fully water-soluble, producing optically active solutions of low viscosity. They are produced by enacting the process of hydrolysis on starches. Hydrolysis involves splitting water up into its basic components and allowing those components to attach to other molecules.
Our starch meets or exceeds api 13a specifications.
Applications advantages:
1) yellow dextrin are used as water soluble glues in remoistable envelope adhesives, paper tubes, and as an adhesive in office paste,label gum and bottle gum.
2) it is used as thickening and binding agent in pharmaceuticals and paper coatings.
3) dextrin is used as pyrotechnic binder and fuel in fireworks and sparklers, allowing them to solidify as pellets.
4) it is used in foundary industry as green strength additives in sand casting.
5) yellow dextrin are used as a printing thickener for batik resist dyeing.
5) it is used in paint industry, dye industry and leather industry.
5) dextrin is used as texting finishing and coating agent to increase the weight and stiffiness of textile fabrics.
