Botanical Name : Cinnamomum zeylanicum; English Name : Cinnamon
Action : Studies have shown that Taj helps in metabolising sugar better. It enhances the ability of insulin to metabolise glucose thus helps to control blood sugar levels. Taj contains the anti-oxidant glutathione and a type of flavonoid called MHCP (methylhydroxy chalcone polymer).
