Dial Calibration Tester

The dial gauge calibration tester series “ V ” is one of the most efficient design, specially to check dial indicators, dial test indicators (Lever type dials) and cylinder bore gauges reading 0.01mm. As an additional feature this is a 2 in 1 calibrator which can also calibrate 0.001mm reading dial indicators having short range. Accuracy of the measuring equipment should be 3 to 10 times more accurate than the indicators to be tested. For this, large micrometer head with widely spaced graduation lines for better readability giving direct reading of 0.002mm and having a vernier scale with 910 divisions which gives a least count of 0.0002mm is provided. This is suitable for testing 0.01mm and 0.001mm dial gauges, giving an additional feature.
