polycrystalline diamond( pcd ) die blanks is used of cobalt based binding agent or silicon based binding agent and high quality diamond produced by ourselves through high temperature and pressure. It has three kinds: 1.self-supported hexagon pcd die blanks; 2.self-supported round die blanks; 3.carbide-ring-support round die blanks. Our polycrystalline diamond die blanks are used for the production of metal wire drawing, tube cold drawings, etc.

the polycrystalline diamondâ die blanks is in hexagon and round shape , they are suitable for middle compressive resistant wire drawing die . Like copper pcd dies , aluminium pcd dies , and some thin steel pcd dies .
 
tungsten carbide-supported :
â â â the polycrystalline diamond die blanks is in tungsten carbide supported , tungsten carbide ring can improve die blanks strength . They are suitable for high compressive resistant wire drawing die . Like big copper pcd dies , high carbon steel , middle carbon steel , low carbon steel pcd dies . Also stainless steel pcd dies .â
