Diamond Hydraulic Buffing Machines

The  through feed buffing Machine B1300&1800 are designed to congregate the firm quality requirement of the modern tanning industry.
*The machine are suitable for the Buffing & Snuffing of Rubber & Leather on both the grain and flesh sides .The machine are perceptive and precise but still      easy  to operate.

*Frame unit of machine are extremely rigid  and is made  of two sides frames of graded cast Iron joined by a fabricated steel  base two sides frames of  steel base and two support beams .This frames unite forms a rigid  structure for mounting of the assemblies over it and abolish any chance of vibration.
* The buffing cylinder used in this machine is made out of high strength aluminum alloy .It is dynamically balanced on computerized balancing machine  to avoid  any vibration or chatter marks on the leather. The machine is designed in such a way that the changing of buffing paper is an easy task for the operation. Also it has a pneumatically operated  hide blade to hold the leather at the end of  the buffing operation and ensures buffing of total portion of the leather.
*The machine is fitted with cylinder Oscillating Mechanism for better buffing result. The cylinder  oscillation mechanism is driven by hydraulic motor and   frequency of oscillation is infinitely variable from 0to 230Osc./min accordingly to the requirement of the Buffing Operation.

* The feed roller is coated with special software rubber to give better  finish on the leather. The feed roller is driven hydraulically using a reduction gear box.
Feed speed can be infinitely varied in a range of 0 30m/min. Opening and closing of the feed roller is achieved pneumatically  ensuring  fast operation resulting 
in more  productivity.
*The skin conveyer can be moved in  both the direction either forwards or backward enabling the collection  o processed skin on both the sides of the machine.
The speed of the machine .The speed of the  conveyer  is considerable changeable from 5 m/mint 30m/min.  and can be set in accordance with accordance
with the speed 0 the buffing operation. The Conveyer  system also facilitates the machine attached to dedusting machine forming  a continuous processing.
*In terms of the Safety ,Machine is fitted with a pneumatic guard in the front .By touching this guards the feel roller will operate to open position  and machine will be brought to stand still. For the addition safety ,safety, such provision is made that machine will not be start till the cylinder cover is not properly closed and also the main motor is fitted with -safe electromagnetic brake  for added safety as well as well all motor are  having overload relays. All driving mechanism in the machine are provided with metal covers to avoid accidents.
