DIAMOND METAL BOND DISC

Diamond Metal Bond Discs offer precisely-graded diamond particles electroplated to a flat brass or aluminum backing. Extremely durable and long lasting, these discs are designed for heavy stock removal and flat lapping of hard-to-grind materials. Use on lapping machines with a rigid support plate.
Ideal for grinding the angle on fiber optic connectors, coarse grinding and initial polishing of hard-to-grind SEM and TEM samples, lapidary, glass and other applications where durability and a high removal rate is desired.
