Using Instruction
Place the plastic tip on the end of the sharpening rod on a solid surface. Apply sufficient downward pressure to avoid slipping during use.
Place heel of your blade at the top of sharpening rod at preferred angle.Most knives are sharpened to an approximately 20 degree angle.
Push the knife down the rod while pulling the knife towards you from the heel to the tip of the blade.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other side of the blade.
Continue sharpening both sides until blade is sharp.
Care: Always give each side the same number of strokes to maintain an even cutting edge.
Caution: Please be extremely cautious during the sharpening process to prevent any injuries.
