Ratnagiri
The jewel hill lies in the Birupa river valley of Odisha consist of two quadrangular monasteries, 60 columns and well decorated gates with eight temples and about 300 minor stupas. Lalitagiri
The oldest monastery of Lalitagiri or called as Red hill situated between the beautiful valley of two rivers Birupa and Chitrotpala was discovered in 1905. Visitors can visit the Lalitagiri museum having several sculptures, relics, etc. It is the enormous stupa among the three because of a relic of Buddha-his toot in the form of a bone inside a stone caste.
Udayagiri
The hill of rising sun, the largest Buddhist compound among the three Udayagiri is located at the foot of a U-shaped large hill. The ancient name of this complex was ‘Madhavapura Mahavihar’ attracts thousands of tourists from across the world.
