Diaphragm Valve

Crystal M400 series diaphragm valve provides high flow and high hydraulic performance in fluid and pressure control. These durable angle valves are efficiently designed and constructed from cast iron, thus requiring very low maintenance. Available in compatibility for different diameter connectors, all hydraulic regulators and electric solenoids for all kinds of purpose, like downstream pressure control, long distance remote control, filter drainage, water level control and high pressure quick lease,etc.
Technical Characteristics :

• Angle pattern - low head-lose, high flow-100 m³/h ².
• Low Open/Close pressure -  2-3m 3-way control loop to guarantee the valve fully opening
• Hydraulic operation against water hammer, slow open/close
• Easy maintenance and access to internal parts without removing the valve from the pipeline
• Direct-sealing diaphragm valves with aid by spring, operated by line pressure
• Standard 3/8command finger filter, additional 3/8port as spare
• Body and cover are made of cast iron with coating, solar radiation resistant
• 304 S.S.T.spring
• Galvanized steel fixing bolts, optional for SST for under-ground installation
• NR diaphragm with Nylon net reinforced 12. VIC-4connection, easy for installation and dis-amount.
• Supporting connector of PVC - VIC4110mm Glue(internal), flange4 is available
