| Diclofenac is non selective cox 2 inhibitor which selectively block the Cox 2 Enzyme. Cox 2 Enzyme Produces the prostaglandin which is responsible for the pain. So by inhibiting cox 2 enzyme, it stops the production of prostaglandin which lead to reduction in Pain. |
