This combination is commonly used for:

How It Works
Dicyclomine Hydrochloride: An antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscles of the stomach and intestine, reducing cramps.
Paracetamol: A mild analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever.
Together, they provide fast relief from pain due to abdominal cramps.
Dosage (General Guidance – must be prescribed by doctor)
Typically: 1 tablet 2–3 times daily, depending on severity.
Dosage varies for children and adults.
Should be taken with water, after meals to reduce gastric irritation.
