The Diesel transfer Pump
Side PTO driven internal rotary diesel transfer pump option is used having discharge capacity of 1-100 Lpm and has internally fitted suction filter, pressure relief valve and air release port. The robust design of pump is specially made for mobile applications and Indian road/climate conditions etc.
12v/24v Fuel Transfer Pump option is battery operated pumps flow rate of 55 lpm and 60 Lpm

The Metering Unit (Mech Optimizer)
The metering Unit has aluminum body with flow rate ranging from 6-120 lpm, rotors are PPS (Polyphenylene Sulphide Resin) the ports size is 1” BSP with pressure rating of 800 PSI and viscosity of 1000 cps maximum
The Safety
The diesel tanker is manufactured under safety rules of petroleum act. It features manhole for quick inspection, PV valves, emergency vents etc. Emergency discharge control valves are also provided at rear of tanker with locking arrangement. Some other features include CCOE approved spark arrester fitted to silencer and vehicle exhaust route modified to front of cabin. This 10 kg. fire extinguisher is provided near to metering unit for emergency purposes.
Mobile Diesel Dispenser
It is designed to store. Transport and supply diesel on civil sites to charge Heavy Earth Moving machinery in mines where moving of machinery is not possible for fueling, to operational areas and where Diesel dispensing stations are not available. It is mostly useful for the infrastructure companies where consumption of fuel is very high and safe transportation of fuel and to keep control / record of fuel consumption is a need. Using this unit all above needs are 100% fulfilled and there is not possibility of theft and misuse of fuel. It enhances the safety of operator eliminating unsafe and tedious Barrel fuelling operations thus eliminating wastage to 0%. It reduces the manpower cost engaged in supply of fuel for sites and reduces the transportation cost also. It is used by oil companies for rural marketing. Fleet Operations, air sea port ground support department Mining and construction sites.

The Diesel Tank
The diesel tank will be fabricated as per schedule-III of the Petroleum rules 1976. Fitted with standard fuel tank accessories and fittings. It is mounted on chassis with rubber pads and clamped by means of U bolts.
