Construction & Working

Push switch operates ¼ horsepower motor, single phase 220/250 volts AC and drives the hydraulic system and produce uniform increasing pressure of a rate of 95 ml/min± 5 ml/min. The test sample is clamped between two clamping parallel plate manually by tightened the screw, and pressure on the sample is transmitted through Rubber Diaphragm which causes the sample to expand into the upper clamping plate until it burst. After releasing the push switch pressure gets release automatically and optical sensor stops the motor, which is responsible to produce results with high accuracy and repeatability.
