The LED Display Digital Colony Counter is a precise and user-friendly laboratory instrument designed for fast and reliable counting of microbial colonies on agar plates. It features a bright, 4- to 6-digit red LED display that clearly shows the count value, even in low-light environments. The colony counter operates with a pressure-sensitive stylus or probe, which allows the user to gently touch each colony on the petri dish—instantly registering and displaying the count. Each touch is confirmed with an audible beep, ensuring tactile feedback and preventing miscounts.
