Digital Diameter Gauge

The instrument is designed and developed for quick checking of die bore sizes with the help of an optical image and customised measuring software. 
Model no MDDG F is used for check the die size range from 0.005 mm to 2 mm and Model no MDDG M is used for check the die size range from 0.100 mm to 8mm. 
The main advantage is that the die size can be checked in few seconds avoiding wire drawing and cleaning of the die.
  The accuracy of size checking on these diameter gauges is ± 0.5 microns on MDDGF and ± 1micorns on MDDG – 0.1-8.
  With the help of this instrument, we can also check the included angle of the conical needles.
