Pilling tester is used to replicate pilling in fabrics under standard test conditions as per ICI Method.
Pilling tester with digital LCD controls. A Unit comes with 2 pilling boxes with standard cork lining fitted inside and 5-digit pre-set counter. The boxes are rotated about their central axis as per standard conditions.
Accessories include specimen mounting jig, specimen inserting tool, tape, marker pen, test template, 8 nos of pilling tubes and scissor.
Pilling photographs - ASTM OR IWS are available optionally.
Inside, size of each box is 225mm x 225mm x 225mm and cork lining thickness of 4mm.
Option of 4 stations also available.
