Contact SupplierThe Digital Shore Durometer is a precision instrument designed for accurately measuring the hardness of rubber, plastics, elastomers, and similar materials. It provides reliable readings in the Shore hardness scale with a measurement range of 10–90H and a fine resolution of 0.1H.
The device features a large 4-digit LCD display (10 mm) showing the current hardness, average, and maximum values for easy interpretation. Compliant with international standards DIN 53505, ASTM D2240, ISO 7619, and JIS K7215, it ensures high reliability and repeatability for laboratory and industrial applications.
Designed for portability and ease of use, the durometer operates within 0–50°C and under humidity <80%, powered by four AAA batteries. For data management and analysis, it includes an RS232C interface to connect to a PC. Its compact design (167 × 65 × 25 mm) and lightweight build (170 g) make it convenient for field and lab use.
