Complete automation of disc finishing is possible. Parts can be loaded with automatic loading system. After completion of process the machine is tilted to unload media & compounds onto the separation system (screening). Media is loaded in the machine with inbuilt loading system. Automatic chemical dosing system can be provided. PLC based control panel enables complete automation of the process.
