To be baked for 1-3 minutes with 160-180 centigrade after printing 5-30 minutes.You can also hot pressing it for 10-25 seconds with 160-180centigrade.Suitable to the products which are high demand in color.
How to solve the faults.
There are many reasons may cause the product poor fastness.
1. There is too much soft silicone oil on the fabric.
GUIDELINES; the effect will be better if you put FY-1002(catalyst)into it .You can also put 5-10% Nylon solid paste into it.
2. The surface of the paste has not dry fully.
GUIDELINES: You should put it inside for 4-5 hours and let it dry naturally
3. The additional of colorants more than 10%
GUIDELINES; You could use the higher concentration coloring(pigment)
QUESTION TWO.
1 Why the color of the cloth change light or did not show after the product be baked or hot pressing?
GUIDELINES ;Beause the knitting print paste is depend on the reducing agent to restore the color. You should choose the coloring(pigment)which is Oxidation resistance.
QUESTION THREE:
How to avoid becoming hard or it taking the shape of powder on the surface?
Guidelines; When you are printing you adopted the method is the same as printing water-paste.
