Disintegration converts the coconut meat to powdered form.Powdered coconut is sold in the form of dessicated coconut powder after drying.Our disintegrator equipment is an impact pulverizer with hammer heads that converts the meat to powdered form.It is a versatile unit of heavy and rugged construction.All contact parts are made of SS304 steel which is food grade.
How it Works?The pulverizer consists of an encased rotor carrying hammers that are capable of crushing and grinding the coconut meat into fine powders. A fine mesh underneath the rotor casing filters the coconut gratings. The fine coconut powder is collected at the collecting area below the mesh.
