We manufacture all of our pipette tips using state of the art injection molding facilities and high quality virgin polypropylene. The pipette tips are produced in a Class 100,000 clean room. The production facility is certified ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003. The tips are certified to be RNase and DNase free.

EZ-Load Disposable Tips for i-Pipette and PP Pipettors
Apricot Designs offers the exclusive EZ-Load tips in a variety of formats to simplify semi-automated pipettor operation with disposable tips. When used together with an Apricot EZ-Load pipettor head, it is not necessary to use any additional tools or fixtures to load or unload tips. The EZ-Load tips simply drop directly into the head and are ready to use in seconds. This patented technology from Apricot Designs is the only system where the disposable tips do not need to be "pressed on" with excessive downward force in order to create a reliable seal. The upward clamping force onto the EZ-Load head, whether done with an easy manual lever or with a motorized clamp, will provide a simple and consistent seal which is required for the best pipetting results.
