This apparatus is used for determinations of distillation characteristics of motor gasoline, aviation turbine fuels, Special boiling point spirits, Kerosene, naphthas, gas oils, distillate fuel oils and similar petroleum products. The instrument Consist the metal Shield to support metal flask with geared height adjustable device. The flask vertical height can be adjusted by Gear System and a knob. A glass window is provided on front side for viewing distillation flask. The shield is arranged to allow use of condenser bath. The bath is constructed of stainless Steel Sheet with MS black painted stand. An electric heater with an energy regulator is provided. The unit is supplied with 3 Nos. Asbestos boards of 38 mm, 50 mm & 70 mm diameter holes. |
