cnc router hold down system instructions:
fix the cnc pressure foot on the spindle, adjust the height, then fixed the holding screw tightly is ok. How to adjust the height? working on panals which is within 3mm, just need keep the bottom of the auto pressure foot and the cutter bit nose at the same level. If panel is 4mm-6mm, make the bottom of the bottom of the cnc automatic pressure foot 2-3mm over the cutter bit end. The rest can be done in the same manner.
Some time for the big panel, we have to use some double faced adhesive tape or instant adhesive to help fix on some key point areas.
