DMX Point Wiring

DMX512 (Digital Multiplex) is a standard for digital communication networks that are commonly used to control stage lighting and effects. This is the primary method for linking controllers such as a lighting console to dimmers and special effects devices such as fog machines and intelligent lights. DMX is also used in non-theatrical interior and architectural lighting.
Here at Auditorium Works, we are using : 2 core PVC insulated 22AWG multi-standard Cu, high speed data cable designed for EIA485; low capacitance, twisted pair shielded; FHDPE insulation starting from DMX splitter to each light bar- either sides, side ladders and floor points, as required; to be terminated with suitable connectors.
