Dolomite Stone Processing Plant

Dolomite is kind of carbonate mineral which includes iron dolomite and manganese dolomite. Calcined dolomite can be processed to make dolomitic limestone which is of good White, strong adhesion, coagulation power, Fire-resistant, heat insulation. In these stages, dolomite crusher equipments are needed. Therefore the dolomite is suitable for Interior and exterior wall coating.

For dolomite mining and crushing to required fineness, we usually use the Jaw Crusher as the first dolomite crusher equipment and the Impact Crusher or Cone Crusher is usually used as secondary or tertiary dolomite crushing machine. In the whole dolomite crushing plant, we use Vibrating Feeder to transport the materials to specified machine. Vibrating Screen machine can separate the kinds of finished products. Dolomite grinding is usually the last part of dolomite mining process and so this part decides the quality of the final dolomite products. Our dolomite grinding mill includes trapezium grinding mill, vertical mill, high pressure grinding mill, coarse powder mill and ball mill machine.

• Big Dolomite materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing.
• After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush.
• The crushed dolomite materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit.
• Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.
