Dolphin Contact Adhesive

DOLPHIN Contact Adhesive is a multi-purpose single component air drying SBS rubber based adhesive, suitably formulated for bonding various types of substrates. It has excellent green strength and bonds. This is a high solid, high viscosity contact adhesive and hence it is suitable for bonding porous substrates like foam, carpets, canvas, wood laminates and MDF laminates. It has excellent adhesion to common substrates and can be used in automotive decoration and repairs, upholstery works, furniture, leather & foot wear industries, fixing of metals & plastics, general house hold & industrial maintenance and DIY use. After drying, glue line is resistant to heat, moisture and also exhibits good low temperature flexibility.

Apply adhesive evenly with any suitable equipment to uniform coat on both surface. Allow solvent to evaporate completely and then assemble the surface by applying normal hand pressure to give strong bond. Do not leave any air bubble on both applied surface.

Should be stored tightly closed and away from direct sunlight in a cool, wellventilated area between 5°C to 38°C. Close container tightly when not in use. Store away from ignition sources. Stirring required before use and if the product become very cold. Dolphin PIR Adhesive has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing.
